Financial Trustee
M. L. I. Sahaya Valdaris serves as the Financial Trustee of ACT India Foundation. A professional photographer by occupation, he brings creative expertise, marketing insight, and strong organizational skills to the Foundation. He supports financial governance, communications, outreach, and stakeholder engagement, helping strengthen the organization’s visibility and impact.

S. T. Ethaya Nanthini serves as a Trustee of ACT India Foundation. An experienced educator with a passion for drawing and creative expression, she contributes to the Foundation’s educational initiatives with dedication, creativity, and a strong commitment to empowering children and communities through learning.

Dr.G.Mahalakshmi
Project Director
She has a strong focus on women’s health, adolescent health, menstrual wellness, lifestyle-related health concerns, and holistic well-being. She conducts health awareness programmes, yoga therapy sessions, menstrual hygiene education, and community-based wellness initiatives, particularly for women and underserved communities. Her work combines Naturopathy, Yoga, healthy nutrition, lifestyle modification, and preventive health education to promote sustainable health and quality of life. She is also actively involved in community programmes that empower women and adolescent girls through health awareness and practical wellness education.
P. Mugilan
International worker Trainer
P. Mugilan is a social development professional with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). He has experience in community development, social welfare programmes, project implementation, documentation, monitoring, and evaluation. He is an experienced trainer and facilitator on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, women’s rights, and labour rights, conducting awareness and capacity-building programmes for workers, women, and community groups. His expertise includes community mobilization, workers’ rights awareness, gender equality, workplace safety, beneficiary engagement, data collection, project monitoring, and reporting. He is committed to promoting safe workplaces, empowering women, protecting labour rights, and strengthening community-based development initiatives.
G.Panneer Selvam
Agricultural Engineer
G. Panneer Selvam is an Agricultural Engineer with experience in agriculture, farmer development, and rural livelihood initiatives. He works as a consultant to Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) in collaboration with government programmes and supports farmers in strengthening their collective enterprises. His areas of expertise include farmer mobilisation, FPC development, agricultural planning, capacity building, value-chain development, market linkages, and sustainable agricultural practices. Through his work with farmers and producer organisations, he contributes to improving farmers’ livelihoods, productivity, entrepreneurship, and access to markets and institutional support.
