We successfully conducted a four-month tailoring skill development training at the Award Training Centre, which was completed on 31.07.2023. The program began with 25 participants, out of which 20 trainees appeared for and successfully passed the final examinations. The training enhanced their technical skills and employability in the garment sector. Efforts are ongoing to place the trained candidates in a ready-made clothing manufacturing company in the local area, supporting sustainable livelihoods.
